Se Puede Urban Farm LLC

Scope, choice & safety.

Clear information helps people make their own informed decisions. These boundaries apply to Se Puede books, downloads, recordings, classes, workshops, sound experiences, surveys, and events unless a more specific agreement says otherwise.

Not therapy or healthcare

Se Puede offerings are general education and wellness experiences. They are not individual therapy, group therapy, counseling, diagnosis, treatment, medical or psychiatric care, case management, or crisis intervention.

No professional relationship

Using the website, downloading materials, submitting a form, attending a class, or interacting with a licensed facilitator does not create a therapist-client, healthcare-provider, attorney-client, or other professional relationship.

Voluntary participation

You may observe, pause, keep your eyes open, change position, turn off your camera when allowed, skip an exercise, step away, or stop. Choose what feels appropriate for your circumstances.

No forced disclosure

Participants are not required to share trauma histories, diagnoses, treatment information, or personal stories. Reflection may remain private.

Mindfulness, sound, senses, and nature

Mindfulness, breath awareness, imagery, sensory activities, sound, scents, natural materials, outdoor settings, and nature-connected metaphors can sometimes bring discomfort, emotion, memories, dizziness, fatigue, allergies, sensory overload, or physical sensations. Participation choices and known sensory information should be provided. No particular benefit is guaranteed.

Not sound therapy or green therapy

References to sound, gardens, nature, green space, plants, or the senses describe general educational wellness and restorative experiences. They are not sound therapy, music therapy, ecotherapy, horticultural therapy, occupational therapy, psychotherapy, group therapy, or clinical treatment.

Online privacy limits

No platform is completely private or secure. Participants should choose what they disclose. Recording, screenshots, redistribution, and sharing another participant’s information are prohibited, but complete prevention cannot be guaranteed.

Accessibility and sensory information

We aim to state sound levels, format, duration, camera expectations, and available accommodations before registration. Contact us with general access questions without sending medical records or diagnostic details.

Educational resources

Worksheets and books support general reflection. They are not designed to assess or treat an individual condition. Stop using a prompt that feels unhelpful and seek qualified support when appropriate.

Fees, cancellations, and access

Before payment opens, the checkout page should state the exact price, schedule, platform, what is included, refund and cancellation policy, and what happens if Se Puede cancels or reschedules.

Not emergency support

The website, forms, classes, and email are not monitored as emergency services. In the United States, call 911 for an immediate emergency or call/text 988 for suicide, mental-health, or substance-use crisis support.

Research and lived experience

Personal perspective is identified as such. Educational claims are reviewed and fact-checked, but information can change and readers remain responsible for seeking individualized professional advice.

No guaranteed outcomes

Descriptions, testimonials, and hopeful language do not promise health, emotional, financial, relationship, legal, or other results. Experiences vary.

Drop-in reservations and final sales

Each $25 payment is for one specific class date. A seat is confirmed only after successful payment and registration confirmation. Participant cancellations, late arrivals, and no-shows are final sale and do not receive refunds, transfers, or future class credits. If Se Puede cancels the class, the purchaser receives a refund or may choose an available replacement. Final checkout terms control. Zoom Business supports meetings of up to 300 participants, but registration may close at a lower posted capacity.

Legal and self-help resources

Michelle D. Elder is not acting as a lawyer. The Pro Se Petition Project provides general education, lived-experience perspective, organization tools, and external links—not legal advice, representation, case strategy, form selection, deadline calculation, or a prediction of outcome. Verify current law and procedure with the court, an official source, or a licensed lawyer in the applicable jurisdiction.

External links and third parties

Se Puede does not control courts, government websites, hotlines, legal-aid providers, booking platforms, payment processors, or linked organizations and cannot guarantee their accuracy, availability, privacy, eligibility decisions, safety, or outcomes. A link does not create a partnership or endorsement.

Support and tax status

Se Puede Urban Farm LLC is not presented as a tax-exempt charity. Unless written documentation expressly states otherwise, payments, sponsorships, or contributions should not be treated as tax-deductible charitable donations.

Future facility and programs

A future wellness facility, outdoor space, scholarship program, or expanded service is a vision—not a current physical location, guaranteed program, investment offer, or promise that a project will be built.

Professional review before launch: Website notices are not a liability waiver or legal guarantee. Paid registration terms, privacy practices, payment and refund policies, insurance, class agreements, accessibility procedures, and activity-specific consent materials should be reviewed by an appropriately qualified Washington attorney and insurer.
