Service providers
Netlify may process website forms; Calendly may process scheduling; Zoom may process meeting registration and attendance; and Stripe may process payment if paid offerings are reactivated in the future. Their own terms and privacy practices would apply. Se Puede does not receive full payment-card numbers from Stripe.
Sharing and retention
Se Puede does not sell personal information. Information may be accessible to service providers that operate the site and may be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the service. Records are kept only as reasonably needed for the purposes described, legal/accounting needs, dispute handling, and system backups.
Your choices
You may choose not to use a form. Use the website contact page to ask a general privacy question, request correction, or request deletion; some records may need to be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, tax, transaction, or backup purposes. Email is not guaranteed secure.
