SPSe Puede Urban Farm LLC

A digital wellness studio and creative resource garden

Root deeply. Rise gently. Restore fully.

Affordable books, guided sound experiences, and practical wellness education created from lived experience and made for real life.

Created by Michelle D. Elder, MSW, LMHC

The person is the first garden.

Our mission is to make thoughtful wellness education, guided restorative experiences, and practical self-reflection resources easier to access—especially for people who are often priced out, overlooked, or carrying too much alone.

Seeds are the ideas we choose to nurture. Roots are the practices that help us stay grounded. Restoration is the tending. Rising is the growth we begin to see and live.

Se Puede does not own or operate a physical farm, garden, clinic, or therapy practice. Our work is offered through books, digital resources, sound experiences, educational workshops, corporate programs, and private events.

A vision that grows in honest phases.

Se Puede starts with what can be offered well today. Each next phase will grow only when the content, partnerships, accessibility, safety, and resources are ready.

How this library is being built.

The long-term vision is larger than handing out homework. It is to create thoughtful, affordable wellness education that can reach people beyond the limits of one-to-one services.

1Begin with lived experience

Notice the questions, protective patterns, and turning points that rarely fit into a quick tip.

2Build a human framework

Organize each resource through Root, Rise, and Restore rather than presenting people as problems to fix.

3Research and fact-check

Review educational claims, cite reliable sources, and distinguish evidence from personal reflection.

4Make it usable

Pair clear reading with reflection, practice pages, audio, and compassionate next steps.

Human-led, transparently assisted

Michelle directs, reviews, revises, and fact-checks this work. Developmental, research, and editorial assistance is provided using OpenAI Codex. AI assistance is never a substitute for Michelle’s judgment, source review, lived perspective, or responsibility for the published material.

The Root, Rise & Restore framework.

A repeatable path for understanding what shaped us, practicing new choices, and carrying those choices into everyday life.

Root

Understand the story, body signals, needs, values, and protective patterns beneath the surface.

Rise

Practice language, boundaries, regulation, self-trust, and intentional action one realistic step at a time.

Restore

Repair what can be repaired, make room for rest and joy, and integrate what you are learning into relationships and routines.

Trauma-informed means you keep your choice.

Our approach is built around dignity, clarity, pacing, and permission. No one has to disclose a personal story, close their eyes, push through discomfort, or participate in every exercise.

Choice, not pressure

Pause, modify, observe, keep your camera off when permitted, or stop. You remain the expert on what feels appropriate for you.

Read participation choices →

Clear expectations

Offerings explain what will happen, how long it lasts, what it costs, what it is—and what it is not—before you participate.

Read scope and terms →

No forced disclosure

Reflection can remain private. Educational classes are not spaces where participants are expected to process trauma publicly.

Accessible ways to engage

We aim for plain language, transcripts for recorded practices, flexible participation, sensory information, and room for feedback.

Clear scope. Gentle care.

Se Puede shares lived experience, educational reflection, and wellness practices. It does not diagnose, treat, or promise an outcome.

Not therapy or healthcare

Books, recordings, workshops, and events are educational wellness offerings. They are not psychotherapy, counseling, medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or crisis services and do not create a therapist-client relationship.

Participation is voluntary

Sound and mindfulness practices can feel uncomfortable for some people. Participants may pause, modify, step out, or stop and should choose what feels personally appropriate.
