Affordable books, guided sound experiences, and practical wellness education created from lived experience and made for real life.
Created by Michelle D. Elder, MSW, LMHC
Our mission is to make thoughtful wellness education, guided restorative experiences, and practical self-reflection resources easier to access—especially for people who are often priced out, overlooked, or carrying too much alone.
Seeds are the ideas we choose to nurture. Roots are the practices that help us stay grounded. Restoration is the tending. Rising is the growth we begin to see and live.
Se Puede starts with what can be offered well today. Each next phase will grow only when the content, partnerships, accessibility, safety, and resources are ready.
Morning Root & Rise, guided meditation, affirmations, sound experiences, and accessible educational resources.
Choose a class and pass →Affordable Root, Rise & Restore books with substantial exercises, optional audio companions, and QR-code listening pages.
Explore the books →Corporate wellness, private sound baths, community workshops, retreats, and carefully designed collaborations.

Read our mission →The long-term vision is larger than handing out homework. It is to create thoughtful, affordable wellness education that can reach people beyond the limits of one-to-one services.
Notice the questions, protective patterns, and turning points that rarely fit into a quick tip.
Organize each resource through Root, Rise, and Restore rather than presenting people as problems to fix.
Review educational claims, cite reliable sources, and distinguish evidence from personal reflection.
Pair clear reading with reflection, practice pages, audio, and compassionate next steps.

A repeatable path for understanding what shaped us, practicing new choices, and carrying those choices into everyday life.
Understand the story, body signals, needs, values, and protective patterns beneath the surface.
Practice language, boundaries, regulation, self-trust, and intentional action one realistic step at a time.
Repair what can be repaired, make room for rest and joy, and integrate what you are learning into relationships and routines.
Our approach is built around dignity, clarity, pacing, and permission. No one has to disclose a personal story, close their eyes, push through discomfort, or participate in every exercise.
Pause, modify, observe, keep your camera off when permitted, or stop. You remain the expert on what feels appropriate for you.
Read participation choices →Offerings explain what will happen, how long it lasts, what it costs, what it is—and what it is not—before you participate.
Read scope and terms →Reflection can remain private. Educational classes are not spaces where participants are expected to process trauma publicly.
Read the privacy approach →We aim for plain language, transcripts for recorded practices, flexible participation, sensory information, and room for feedback.
