Se Puede short grief workbook

Honoring Love, Healing Grief

A Gentle Workbook for Remembering, Processing, and Continuing the Bond — a grief workbook for remembrance, reflection, continuing bonds, hard dates, body-based grief support, and carrying love forward with more space and less rushing.

Created by Michelle D. Elder, MSW, LMHC

What it is

Honoring Love, Healing Grief is the shorter grief workbook in the Se Puede collection. It was expanded to give people more room for real grief work: memory, unfinished words, continuing bonds, body-based support, rituals, hard dates, and gentler reflection that does not feel rushed or cold.

It is meant to feel steady, warm, and printable — something people can return to as grief changes shape over time instead of forcing everything into one sitting.

Inside this workbook

  • 51 printable pages
  • guided grief reflection with less repetitive prompts
  • continuing-bond and remembrance pages
  • support for hard dates, grief waves, and complicated feelings
  • body-based grief support and self-compassion pages
  • therapeutic art and extra writing space

Who this workbook is for

This workbook is for people who want a more spacious place to hold grief without being pushed to "move on," explain themselves, or finish healing on a timeline. It can support remembrance, honest reflection, and carrying love forward while still making room for how hard grief can be.

It also works well alongside the larger Se Puede Resource Garden, where people can find more free grief pages, grounding supports, and self-guided wellness tools for the days when they want shorter printable help too.
